Booking
Both properties are bookable directly through our site. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive full details about the home — access instructions, what’s included, how to reach us if you need anything. There’s no platform messaging layer to navigate. It’s a direct line to us from the start.
Before You Arrive
We’ll be in touch ahead of your stay to confirm everything is in order. If you have specific requests — earlier access, particular setup arrangements for a large group, information about local recommendations — this is the moment to raise them. We’d rather sort things before you arrive than field questions on a Friday evening when half of Newport is already in motion.
Check-In
Both homes offer keypad self-check-in, which means you can arrive at your own pace without needing to coordinate timing with anyone. Full access details are sent before your arrival date. If anything isn’t as expected when you arrive, call us directly — we are the first point of contact.
During Your Stay
The home is yours for the duration. Both properties are fully equipped — proper kitchens, beach gear (chairs, towels, umbrellas) included, high-speed WiFi throughout. The Aquidneck Avenue property has a heated saltwater pool and three fireplaces. The J H Dwyer Drive home has a private sauna, fire pit, BBQ grill, and a butler’s pantry built for entertaining.

Check-Out
