This is our second year staying at this house on this weekend. It was again fantastic, this weekend is our fourth annual weekend away and we will hopefully return to this location again next year. We love the fireplace and sauna and that is the main draw of the place for us, but the rooms are all very comfortable, the furnishings and bedding are nicer then the standard AirBnb and little touches like cloth napkins and a selection of nicer stemware really make it feel like a luxury away.
We are 5 very tired parents who take the weekend away from our families after a long winter to just relax, we do not want to do ANYTHING and this place truly allows that. There is not a long list of check out instructions, and the rules are essentially treat the space as you would your own home so really all we need to do is relax. Thank you Za for welcoming us again!

We had a wonderful visit. Loved this house and can't wait to book it again! The owners were very easy to deal with and very communicative. The location is perfect -- very easy to get to the stores in Middletown and easy drive to Newport. It is a great house for a family!

We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious and beautiful. The 8 of us that stayed felt very comfortable and it was so nice having so many bedrooms and so many bathrooms to get ready in. We were very close to downtown which was great for spending a night out. Highly recommend staying here and we will keep this home in mind for any future Newport trips!

Za was the best host! His house is immaculate and spacious, perfect for a weekend away- but could've stayed a week! The sauna was an added bonus. It is in a great location, in a quiet area but close by to everything you'd need. Za was extremely responsive with any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

We LOVED this house! The hosts were super communicative and very accommodating, and the location is exactly as the pictures showed. It was so nice to have so much space, and the sauna was an added bonus! Would absolutely stay here again. Only about 15 min from the downtown area, and it’s on a quiet dead end street that felt very safe.
